In 2002, Tiffany was diagnosed with food allergies. This spurred a new desire to create quality dessert options for individuals with food allergies. B&T Creations developed an allergen free product, The Free Cookie in 2006. This collection provides allergen -free cookie bouquets and sweets to food -sensitive individuals. The Free Cookie Collection offers gluten, dairy, egg, oat and nut free cookies and cakes.
